Our Mission Sowing Into Sisters, Inc. exists to empower, equip, encourage, and disciple women through the transformative power of Jesus Christ. We are committed to creating a community where women from all walks of life can grow spiritually, heal emotionally, build authentic relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.

Through prayer, biblical teaching, mentorship, outreach, and fellowship, we cultivate an atmosphere where women are challenged to deepen their faith, strengthen their identity in Christ, and walk boldly in the calling God has placed upon their lives.

Our mission is to sow seeds of hope, healing, wisdom, and faith that produce lasting spiritual growth, not only within women, but within their families, communities, and future generations.

Meet Erica

Founder of Sowing Into Sisters Inc.

Erica N. McCants is the Founder and Executive Director of Sowing Into Sisters, Inc., a thriving women’s ministry that has impacted thousands of women across the United States and around the world.

Licensed to preach since October 16, 2016, and ordained on June 28, 2025, Erica is known for her practical biblical teaching, heartfelt compassion, and unwavering commitment to helping women grow in their relationship with God. Her ministry focuses on healing, restoration, discipleship, mentorship, and empowering women to embrace their God-given purpose.

A United States Army veteran, former law enforcement officer, speaker, teacher, and mentor, Erica brings a unique blend of leadership, authenticity, and faith to every platform she serves. Through weekly prayer calls, Bible studies, conferences, mentorship programs, community outreach, and global ministry initiatives, she continues to encourage women to move beyond survival and into spiritual wholeness.

Since launching Sowing Into Sisters, Inc. on December 12, 2020, Erica has remained dedicated to creating spaces where women can heal, grow, connect, and flourish. Her passion is simple: to see lives transformed by the power of God and to remind every woman that her past does not determine her future, and that God’s purpose for her life is still unfolding.

"This group has blessed me because the content is real and rare, meaning the Women of God are opening up, being transparent, sowing love, wisdom, pushing faithand I thank God for Erica O'Bryant. Because if se had not been obedient this awesome group wouldnt exist. Erica personally has shown me in a short time she is: selfless, concerned for others and is a purpose pusher. Erica leads by example and has personally taken out the time to check on me and make sure Im alright. The truth is Erica and I have never laid eyes on each other (outside of facebook) but I can feel her genuiness and her heart is full of goodness towards others.
