THE WOMAN

One cold January morning in 1985, the late Reverend Curtis McCants Sr. and Mary McCants welcomed

their 3rd bundle of joy, Erica Nichole McCants.

THE WORKER

An honor graduate from Macon County High School in 2003. Erica furthered her education by

graduating with one Bachelor’s and two Master degrees from “The Unsinkable” Albany State University.

After the death of her father in 2005, Erica grieved and suffered tremendously. She felt the need for a

change of environment and joined the United States Army. After serving her country for 6 years, Erica

returned home and began a career as a Police Officer, where she excelled through ranks and became

the First Black Female Detective in Cordele, Georgia. She went on to work with the United States Postal

Service until she decided to take a leap of faith and open her very own Soulfood Restaurant. Erica loves

to cook, and strove to provide a warm and welcoming environment from the moment you arrived at

Erica’s Soulfood Restaurant, ‘Love At First Bite”. On May 7th, 2024, God opened another door for Erica and allowed her gift to make IMMEDIATE room for her. Erica is currently a Celebrity Chef for the Movie/Filming Industry and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

THE WORSHIPPER

Erica knew from a little girl she was called to spread the gospel. She was licensed to preach October 16,

2016 at her home church, Ebenezer Baptist Church in Andersonville, Ga. In December 2020, Erica

birthed Sowing Into Sisters, Inc. (aka S.I.S.). S.I.S. is a ministry for women and has reached over 5,ooo

members globally. Erica is currently a member of Victorious Life Church under the leadership of Bishop

Nathan Paige & Lady Michelle Paige, in Albany, Georgia.

THE WINNER

Overcoming many obstacles, life’s challenges, and near death encounters, today Erica walks BOLDLY and

in total VICTORY! She believes and live by Psalms 108:13, “With God On Our Side WE WILL WIN; He will

defeat our enemies.”
